OpenAI has launched dynamic visual explanations in ChatGPT, enabling users to interact with real-time visuals for math and science concepts. Users can manipulate variables—like adjusting triangle sides to see the hypotenuse update—across 70+ topics including the Pythagorean theorem, Ohm's law, and compound interest. The feature is available to all logged-in ChatGPT users and is part of a broader push into educational tools, alongside study mode and QuizGPT. Google's Gemini launched similar interactive diagrams in November. OpenAI reports over 140 million weekly users turn to ChatGPT for math and science help.
