HTTPie for Web & Desktop has launched into public beta, removing the account requirement and introducing several major features. Key additions include real-time cloud sync across devices with offline-first support, incognito mode for account-free usage, variables and environments for parameterizing API requests, cURL import (including a paste-into-URL shortcut), SSL certificate verification toggle, improved mobile experience, and auto-updates integrated with the sync system. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. The roadmap includes team collaboration, additional protocols, automation/testing, and terminal interoperability.
