CD Projekt reported full-year 2025 financial results with sales revenue of 867 million PLN ($235.2M), a 9% year-on-year increase. The Cyberpunk franchise was the primary driver, growing 12%, boosted by the Cyberpunk Ultimate Edition on Nintendo Switch 2 and PlayStation subscription availability. Net profit rose 33.7% to 594 million PLN ($161.4M). The company invested over 513 million PLN in future titles, with The Witcher 4 and Cyberpunk 2 in active development. A new IP codenamed Hadar is also in early development. Developer headcount grew from 707 to 933, with most assigned to The Witcher 4. The company also sold the GOG platform to co-founder Michał Kiciński for $25 million.
