Capchase has raised over $200 million to scale its AI-powered vendor financing platform targeting enterprise technology deals. Built natively inside Salesforce, the platform approves 97% of lending applications in under 30 seconds. The company also launched an Agentic Lending Coordinator that uses AI to compress an eight-hour loan process into a 60-second automation. Customers include Barracuda Networks, CDW, Okta, and Insight. The funding round combines debt warehouse facilities and equity, and follows Capchase's 2025 acquisition of competitor Vartana. The company positions itself as both lender and lending infrastructure, targeting the $1.3 trillion vendor financing market currently dominated by slow-moving banks.
