The Samsung Tablet has 2 Working Modes: Normal Tablet Mode and the Samsung DeX (=Desktop) Mode. The latter one has a desktop-like look, a higher resolution and a better window management. You can open multiple windows and resize them and you can even make them opaque if you want to see through. But it's not exactly the same.
