ClickHouse Cloud's managed Postgres service ships several enterprise-grade features: cross-AZ high availability with up to two synchronous standbys using quorum-based streaming replication, failover-safe logical replication slots that preserve CDC pipelines across HA events without requiring re-syncs, and automated backups with point-in-time recovery and forking powered by WAL-G. HA standbys are kept read-only for failover readiness, with separate read replicas available for scaling. The CDC integration is built on ClickPipes/PeerDB and supports continuous replication into ClickHouse for real-time analytics.
