Dr. Semiconductor converted a garden shed into a Class 100 (ISO 5) semiconductor cleanroom using HEPA filtration, positive pressure airflow, flame-resistant drywall, and water-based epoxy-coated walls. The setup achieves fewer than 3,520 particles/m³ at >0.5 µm, meeting FED STD 209E Class 100 standards — sufficient for semiconductor R&D lab work. The build includes a gowning room antechamber and air conditioning for temperature stability.
