In this tutorial, we are going to build and deploy a Full Stack Movie Ticket Booking Website using MERN Stack Step by step.

In this full stack project, user can signup, explore the movies and book the tickets. While booking tickets, user can choose their preferred seats.

We will build the admin dashboard also, where admin can add new movies and manage the bookings.

For creating user authentication we're going to use Clerk, that allows us to integrate multiple signup options like Email signup, Social signup and Phone number signup.

Using clerk we have also added multi-sessions signup, that allow us to create multiple profile on this website, and easily switch between different account without signing out.

We have added Inngest in this project to manage the Background Jobs and scheduling. Using Inngest functions we will send email to all users, whenever a new movie is added. We will also send the booking confirmation email and reminder email just few hours before their movie time.

When user book a ticket, and the payment get cancelled or failed, in that case their seats will be reserved for the next 10 minutes, so that user can re-try the online payment, and if the user doesn’t make the payment within 10 minutes, then their seats will be released.
