The integration connects Coralogix Cases (an intelligent alert grouping system) with ServiceNow Incidents, enabling real-time state synchronization across both platforms. When an incident is acknowledged or resolved in either system, the counterpart updates automatically. Work notes and messages also sync between platforms. Smart Routing via the Coralogix Notification Center ensures alerts reach the correct ServiceNow connector based on ownership labels like service, environment, or team. The integration uses eBPF-based probes for zero-instrumentation visibility and is designed to reduce MTTR by eliminating manual context switching between observability and service management tools.
