Apple now requires apps with fixed-odds betting features to provide a valid Brazilian license from the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets (SPA) to be distributed on the App Store in Brazil. Developers must submit a new app version to trigger the license verification process — updating App Review Information alone is insufficient. Apps selecting 'Yes' to the gambling question in App Store Connect will automatically receive an A18 age rating in Brazil. License details and supporting documents must be included in the App Review Information section when submitting.
