Birmingham council has two months to fetch finance reports

Oracle Fusion system underlies Birmingham City Council's inability to file accounts for 2022/2023 financial year. Auditors issue new deadline of November 30 to use the system to produce finance reports. Council plans to revert to original strategy and implement a vanilla version of Oracle.
