Looks nice, seems fast. Well done. It’s name, however, is unfortunate. You might want to reconsider. You see, data grid refers to an Excel-like experience: Being able to edit content, move rows or cells around, navigating cells with the arrow keys, etc. You can find more information in the MDN website. Instead, this is a data table.
If you’re serious about catering a really useful component, you might want to figure out certain issues:

<li>Not everyone uses Tailwind CSS.</li>
<li>Not everyone sorts or filters client-side. More often than not, server side sorting and filtering is needed.</li>
<li>I could not, in the demo page, test fixed columns because sizing one column would size another to maintain the overall table width. Unsure if I did something wrong. My monitor is 4K, so it can fit a lot. Perhaps more data columns are needed?</li>
</ol>
There are probably other pointers that escape my mind right now. Overall, great stuff.

Looks good, looks like there are a lot of future plans for this project!
