Telkom's enterprise IT subsidiary BCX will soon lose its CEO, Jonas Bogoshi, who is set to retire from the role.

Jonas Bogoshi is retiring as CEO of BCX, Telkom's enterprise IT subsidiary, after seven years leading the company. Hasnain Motlekar, a 28-year Telkom veteran, will step in as acting CEO from March 1, 2026. BCX faces challenges with revenue declining 5.9% year-to-date and 9.3% in the latest quarter due to cautious enterprise spending and legacy service migration. While converged communications and IT services revenue dropped significantly, cybersecurity services grew 18.4% and IT hardware/software revenue rose 19.6%. Telkom has previously indicated openness to bringing in a strategic partner for BCX.
