Bcachefs has submitted lots of fixes for extreme filesystem damage with Linux 6.9, including a fix for journal pins in the btree write buffer and a dio performance fix. Additionally, they are working on new repair/construction code that will be ready in about a week to help repair splitbrain bug damage.
