This article supports gaslighting, avoiding responsibility and procrastination, a few years ago i would have hated this but to be honest everyone needs to survive and i don’t blame anyone for doing such cause life is hard just don’t do it to me and i won’t do it to anyone.

Great articel and having been in that situation I often found point 8 appeaing to ego to be effective, this of course depends very much on the individual - in my case certainly, but perhaps this is just how female developers must survive.
One thing to point out and I don’t mean this in any condescending way and hope I don’t overstep the mark it’s just I noticed you typed advices instead of advice which I feel is often a tell point of an author whose not an English native speaker. That may or may not be the case. Great article all the same.
