AWS Marketplace introduces Concurrent Agreements for SaaS and Professional Services products, allowing buyers to hold multiple active agreements for the same product within a single AWS account. Previously limited to one agreement per product per account, this change enables independent procurement by different business units with separate terms and pricing. For Professional Services, the feature is enabled by default immediately. For SaaS, sellers must update their integration to handle multiple subscriptions, including EventBridge-based notifications and updated entitlement/metering APIs. Starting June 1, 2026, Concurrent Agreements support will be mandatory for new SaaS products.
