AWS Entity Resolution now supports incremental Machine Learning-based matching workflows in General Availability. Previously, adding any new record required reprocessing the entire dataset, taking up to 2 days and costing thousands of dollars. The new feature processes only newly added records since the last workflow run, handling 1M incremental records in under 1 hour — a 95% reduction in processing time. It supports up to 50M incremental records over datasets with up to 1 billion historical base records, making large-scale continuous entity resolution economically viable for enterprises.
