AWS Elastic Beanstalk has added a Deployments tab to the environment dashboard, enabling real-time visibility into deployment progress with step-by-step logs. Previously, logs were only accessible after a deployment completed and required correlating events from multiple sources. The new tab consolidates deployment history, status, events, and detailed logs in one place, covering application deployments, configuration updates, and environment launches. It captures each deployment step including dependency installation, application builds, .ebextensions, platform hooks, and startup output. The feature is available on all Linux-based platform branches across all AWS Commercial and GovCloud regions.
