AWS Deadline Cloud now supports three configurable job scheduling modes for queues: priority FIFO (existing default), priority balanced (workers distributed evenly across jobs at the highest priority level), and weighted balanced (jobs weighted by priority, error count, submission time, and task count). This gives studios and artists more control over worker distribution, enabling faster feedback on submitted jobs without waiting for earlier ones to complete. The feature is available in all AWS Regions where Deadline Cloud is supported.
