I’ve always wondered. If we replace entry level positions with AI today, where will we find the people to occupy the senior and managerial positions that will be open in the next 10 years?

Finally a reasonable person, we will always need juniors that will grow and become future seniors. If we eradicate juniors obviously we will leak seniors soon.
