This is a pragmatic take. Replacing junior developers with AI might look efficient short-term, but it undermines the talent pipeline and long-term organizational health. Juniors often adopt new tools fastest - including AI - and grow into the seniors companies will need later. The real leverage is augmenting teams with AI, not removing the entry point altogether.
