Google announced at I/O 2026 that Antigravity is expanding from a coding environment into a full platform for developing and managing teams of autonomous AI agents. The expansion includes Antigravity 2.0 (a desktop app for multi-agent orchestration), a CLI, an SDK co-optimized for Gemini 3.5 Flash, and Managed Agents in the Gemini API that run in persistent Linux environments. Enterprise integration is available via the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform and a new $100/month AI Ultra subscription tier. Alongside this, Google introduced CodeMender, an AI security agent from Google DeepMind that autonomously identifies vulnerabilities, recommends fixes, tests them, and applies patches across dependent systems with developer approval — entering the autonomous vulnerability remediation market alongside startups like Aikido Security and Mobb.
