Arm has announced its first silicon product, the AGI CPU, designed for AI data center workloads. It features up to 136 Arm Neoverse V3 cores, a 300W TDP, dual chiplet design, 96 lanes of PCIe Gen 6, CXL 3.0 support, and DDR5-8800 memory. The chip targets agentic AI workloads, with server partners including ASRock Rack, Lenovo, Quanta Computer, and Supermicro planning to bring AGI CPU-based servers to market.
