Depends what you use it for, and the extent to which you trust it to write code for you. I won’t accept anything from it i do not understand, regardless of whether or not it works.
It helps a lot with unit testing, because that’s usually work where you repeat the same stuff several times, or very similar things where the tweaks you make between tests are minor.
