A Halloween Tony Stark costume build featuring a custom arc reactor and palm repulsor. The arc reactor uses an FR4 PCB with SMT LEDs, current-limiting resistors, and an ATtiny44 microcontroller to pulse the lights, layered with clear and white acrylic diffusers and a vinyl sticker. The palm repulsor is mounted on heat-bent acrylic and supports three modes: slow pulse, full brightness, and strobe. Project files including Eagle PCB designs, firmware, and acrylic CAD files are available for download.
