1. Install the App Icon skill (one command).

2. Run /app-icon and tell Claude what vibe you want.
Claude scans your codebase and designs an icon tailored to your actual app. You get:
- A .icon file compatible with Apple's new Icon Composer in iOS 26
- An adaptive icon for Android
- A starting point you can tweak further

It uses SnapAI under the hood. Open source, you bring your own OpenAI or Nano Banana API key, and the key stays local.
