Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 26300.8068 is now available in the Dev Channel. Key changes include: a new policy-based removal of preinstalled Microsoft apps via Group Policy for ENT/EDU editions using package family names; a custom user folder naming option during Windows setup; a kernel-level driver policy change that removes default trust for cross-signed drivers in favor of WHCP-certified drivers (with audit mode); point-in-time restore UI improvements; Microsoft 365 upgrade prompts in Account Settings; renaming of Drag Tray to Drop Tray with settings moved to System > Multitasking; and pen settings refinements. The context menu refinements in File Explorer have been paused for further work.
