AWS has launched M8azn EC2 instances powered by fifth-generation AMD EPYC Turin processors with 5GHz maximum CPU frequency. These general-purpose instances deliver up to 2x compute performance over M5zn, 4.3x higher memory bandwidth, 10x larger L3 cache, 2x networking throughput, and 3x EBS throughput. Available in 9 sizes (2-96 vCPUs, up to 384 GiB memory) including bare metal variants, they're optimized for real-time financial analytics, high-frequency trading, HPC, CI/CD, and simulation modeling. Currently available in US East, US West, Tokyo, and Frankfurt regions.
