Great there was an ugly bug in <code>8.4.4</code> with ionic-vue where events were not emitted and I had to downgrade to <code>8.4.3</code>, I hope that’s fixed will try <code>8.5</code> these days.

Help me understand why people use it? I see alternatives like react+tailwind+capacitor, react+tailwind+capacitor etc. Why use ionic? It is give you some elements, but not such flexible to use outside some simple app designs.
Native element? For what? Your application still use webView so you can use any custom.
Every Android update u need to wait until Ionic make an update to refresh app.
It is so popular, i worry i miss some points. Must be something why you have this pain in the ass.
