Announcing Claude Compliance API support with Cloudflare CASB

Cloudflare has integrated its Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) with Anthropic's Claude Compliance API, enabling enterprise security teams to monitor Claude usage directly in the Cloudflare dashboard without endpoint agents. The integration scans Claude Enterprise activity for DLP policy violations across projects, project attachments, chat files, chat messages, and AI-generated artifacts. Findings appear alongside other SaaS security data and can trigger automated Gateway policies to block or restrict Claude access. Setup requires a Claude Enterprise account, a Compliance API key, and a few steps in the Cloudflare Zero Trust dashboard. The announcement also highlights Cloudflare's broader AI governance stack, including AI Gateway, Gateway DLP, Access with MCP server portals, and CASB working together to cover the full AI workflow lifecycle.
