AWS has launched M8azn EC2 instances in preview, powered by fifth-generation AMD EPYC Turin processors with 5GHz maximum CPU frequency. These general-purpose instances deliver 2x compute performance over M5zn and 24% better performance than M8a instances. Built on the AWS Nitro System, they target high-performance workloads including gaming, HPC, high-frequency trading, CI/CD, and simulation modeling across automotive, aerospace, energy, and telecom industries.
