Anduril Industries is acquiring ExoAnalytic Solutions, a space intelligence firm that operates the world's largest commercial telescope network with over 400 systems worldwide. The deal will more than double Anduril's space-focused workforce. ExoAnalytic brings capabilities in satellite tracking, missile warning and defense software, and classified national security space programs. The acquisition expands Anduril's footprint in space domain awareness, battle management, and fire control — areas where the US Space Force is actively seeking new contractors. Anduril, founded in 2017 by Palmer Luckey, is already known for autonomous weapons including cruise missiles, drone interceptors, and robotic combat aircraft under the Air Force's Collaborative Combat Aircraft program.
