Amper version 0.4.0 introduces a new project-level configuration file for standalone projects, settings tracing to help track build configurations, and platform-specific configuration suggestions. Users are encouraged to update their Amper usage to the new version to take advantage of these updates. Existing Gradle-based projects should update their repository URLs and plugin versions accordingly. Feedback is welcomed via the Kotlinlang Slack or YouTrack.
