Key AMD additions include CPPC Performance Priority, Dynamic Energy Performance Preference (EPP), and Raw EPP support in the amd_pstate driver, benefiting modern Ryzen and EPYC systems. On the Intel side, Panther Lake gains a C-states table in the Intel Idle driver, and the Intel RAPL Power Capping driver received low-level cleanup. The ACPI pull also brings CMOS RTC driver updates, ACPI FPDT parsing on LoongArch, Performance Limited Register support, and other improvements.
