Amazon SageMaker Unified Studio now supports metadata synchronization with three third-party data catalog platforms: Atlan, Collibra, and Alation. The integrations keep catalog metadata aligned across platforms, syncing projects, assets, descriptions, glossary terms, and ownership information. Collibra supports bidirectional sync and data access request management from within Collibra, while Atlan and Alation currently support ingestion from SageMaker Catalog with more features coming. The Collibra integration is available as open-source on GitHub.
