Amazon Quick now allows adding co-owners to knowledge bases and data source connections for admin-managed Microsoft SharePoint Online and Google Drive integrations. Two sharing roles are supported: Owner (full management access) and Viewer (query-only). Co-owner sharing with the Owner role is exclusive to admin-managed SharePoint and Google Drive knowledge bases. Administrators can also share data source connections, enabling other users to create knowledge bases from the same connection. The feature is available across all AWS Regions where Amazon Quick is offered.
