Amazon EC2 U7i High Memory instances (U7i-8TB and U7i-12TB) are now available in the AWS Asia Pacific (Singapore) region. Powered by 4th-gen Intel Xeon Scalable (Sapphire Rapids) processors, these instances offer up to 12TiB of DDR5 memory and 896 vCPUs. Both support 100 Gbps EBS and network bandwidth, making them suited for mission-critical in-memory databases such as SAP HANA, Oracle, and SQL Server.
