AWS has expanded availability of Amazon EC2 High Memory U7i-6TB instances (u7i-6tb.112xlarge) to the Asia Pacific (Malaysia) region. These 7th-generation instances are powered by Intel Xeon Scalable Processors (Sapphire Rapids) and offer 6TiB of DDR5 memory, 448 vCPUs, up to 100 Gbps EBS bandwidth, 100 Gbps network bandwidth, and ENA Express support. They are designed for mission-critical in-memory database workloads such as SAP HANA, Oracle, and SQL Server.
