Amazon Connect now supports agentic speech-to-speech voice experiences in the Europe (London) AWS region. Three new voices have been added: Pedro (es-US), Amy (en-GB), and Brian (en-GB). These AI voice agents understand customer speech including tone and sentiment, adapting responses naturally for automated customer service across voice and messaging channels.
