Amazon Connect has introduced per-day pricing for external voice connectors at $100 per connector per day, replacing previous pricing models. These connectors come in two types: transfer connectors that enable voice calls and metadata transfer to other voice systems while using Amazon Connect's telephony and AI features, and analytics connectors that allow Contact Lens to ingest streaming voice data from external systems for creating contact records, recordings, and analytics.
