Amazon CloudWatch Logs Insights now supports querying log groups by tags (key-value pairs like Environment, Application, or Owner). This means you no longer need to list log groups explicitly — queries automatically include all log groups matching the specified tags. As tags are added or removed, queries dynamically reflect the changes, reducing operational overhead. The feature is available in all commercial AWS Regions.
