AWS CloudWatch Logs Insights introduces Query Results Summarization that generates natural language summaries of log query results, making it easier to identify issues and gain insights. The update also enhances OpenSearch PPL with new commands like JOIN, SubQuery, Fillnull, Expand, Flatten, Cidrmatch and JSON functions for more efficient log analysis. The summarizer is available in US East (N. Virginia), while PPL enhancements are available in regions supporting OpenSearch Service direct query.
