Amazon CloudWatch Logs has increased the maximum query result limit from 10,000 to 100,000 results using the Logs Insights query language. Users can specify the limit via the LIMIT command and apply features like patterns, visualization, and export to the full result set. The GetQueryResults API now supports pagination, returning up to 10,000 results per call with a continuation token. This update is available across all commercial AWS regions via the CloudWatch console, AWS CLI, CDK, and SDKs.
