Amazon Bedrock now supports cost allocation by IAM principal (users and roles) in AWS Cost and Usage Report 2.0 and Cost Explorer. Teams can tag IAM users and roles with attributes like team, project, or cost center, activate them as cost allocation tags, and then analyze Bedrock model inference costs broken down by those tags. The feature is available in all AWS commercial regions where Bedrock is supported.
