Hi! We’ve decided to actually deploy all the updates during the day, this could cause disruptions, hot customer services lines and so on; Oh, and literally loss of money if it’s a B2C chart which is going to explode is something is wrong.
Wtf man? As always, good articles to write and read but really BAD decisions to apply on an every day basis.
Thats my opinion.

This is a BAD idea, but if you’r app is not that important (Idk, something about life or death or to loose too much money), THEN I guess that’s ok.

But what if there’s a bug which breaks everything? Then you’ll have a big problem. I think it’s better to do a beta deployment at peak traffic, so that beta testers (user could have the option to enable some sort of beta tester mode) can inform you about the bug and have the possibility to switch to normal user mode and use your application like everyone else would.
