I really love computers, all shapes and sizes. Turbo C++'s visual aesthetic gave me a hacker feeling even when I didn’t even know how to save a file — probably 15-16 years ago. Now with AI doing the basic writing and stuff, and me becoming an AI manager rather than a programmer/engineer, I needed an outlet where I could build whatever I want.
I bought the domain a while back, thinking of what could be a cheap name. Thought of a lot of projects, but pivoted a lot of sloppy ones (think: how would I make money?). Then I thought — I need a hobby, not money. So now I’m sharing this self-hosted project where I’ll build everything that comes to mind. Maybe someone will like it, but at least I’ll have a place where my ideas get to live.
I don’t care about SLAs, nothing — just pure ideas and deployment. And obviously my AI workers doing the majority of the work, taking my ideas to reality, trying as hard as they can. Probably this is the future. The skill has transformed from DSA and designing to probably orchestration. I think we’re all looking for the best orchestration tool out there that could do what we do — but maybe we are the best orchestrators, and the job might get switched from devs to orchestrators.
That aside — just bookmark and I’ll share some projects. If you’ve read till here, maybe you get where I’m coming from. I’m looking for ideas — maybe you can share one and I’ll build something for you. I’m open to anything.
