AI tools are revealing a fundamental divide in the workforce between those who can creatively leverage new capabilities and those who lack the imagination to utilize powerful tools effectively. The issue isn't resistance to AI adoption, but rather the inability of some professionals to envision meaningful applications for these transformative technologies.

<p>AI seems to be the only product, where the people selling it to you can’t provide real use cases themselves and then try to nag you into finding some for them.</p>


<p>I would add, why in this so called “revolution” the ones that are obsolete are always the lowest level of the ladder? Junior devs or devs in general? Why is never higher levels leadership? Because is them who are selling this tools, specifically leadership in the most powerful companies.</p>
