<p>Every single engineering person who builds there is a only one to get things done, one way on how things should work, tries to find a single answer to doing things and preaching how things will work out is someone I will always strongly dislike. It’s not about Agile. It’s about people not understanding how basic management and human psychology and personality traits work. That is all there is. SEs should strongly understand how people behave to build environments where everyone can find their own strengths. Ironically, preaching Agile as the best way to do things is thus the most anti-Agile thing to have in mind.</p>
