AgentLens is a free, open source tool that visualizes Agentforce execution traces as interactive agent graphs (DAGs), finite-state machine diagrams, and step-by-step trace inspectors. Built by a Salesforce developer advocate, it helps developers debug subagent routing and orchestration during development. It runs entirely offline with zero dependencies, available as a VS Code extension and a browser-based web app. Traces can be exported from the SF CLI, Agentforce DX Extension, or Agentforce Builder. The tool is positioned as a development-time workbench complement to Salesforce's built-in Agent Platform Tracing for production observability.
