A three-act framework for agentic platform engineering using GitHub Copilot, progressing from knowledge accessibility to automated enforcement to autonomous Kubernetes operations. Act 1 embeds tribal knowledge into the platform via Copilot-aware agents. Act 2 enforces standards automatically on every push using GitHub Actions and prompt files. Act 3 introduces a 'Cluster Doctor' agent that integrates Argo CD webhooks, GitHub Issues, MCP servers, and kubectl to autonomously diagnose and propose fixes for cluster failures, with humans retaining approval authority. A companion repository with agent definitions, workflows, and Argo CD manifests is provided.
